Greetings fellow travelers and thank you for being here
We are in a time of great change, unmatched in its intensity and opportunity in our known recorded history. Currently we are faced with an unprecedented assault on our bodies and our lives.
We are seeing the inversion and weaponization of the environment, media, food, medicine, law enforcement and in fact every aspect of society. This demands that we harness the highest and strongest versions of ourselves.
With knowledge, wisdom, informed right action and imagination, we can help transform and transmute old ways of manipulation and enslavement into a thriving future. A society based on co-creation, integrity, and abundance for all.
There IS a way to be healthy, centered and balanced throughout this global shift. This book will help tend to the physical aspect of that for you and your loved ones.
WHO AM I?

Alongside working in creative and performing arts, I’ve spent most of my life seeking ways to restore health and vitality to the body. That is partly due to my health struggles with extreme toxicity from my work and injury from EMFs & vaccinations.
In the last 2 years I have researched ways to aid the body to recover from medical toxins. This accelerated after increasing reports of injury, chronic unwellness, and sometimes death, following administration of the inoculation for Schmovid.
The more I research medicine, herbs, nutrition, EMFs, biology and physical and metaphysical mechanisms behind all of those structures, the more I realize I have no idea what the truth of things is… and nor do many health professionals and scientists!
SO WHAT DO I KNOW?
All I know is nothing is as it seems.
- I don’t KNOW if nutritional supplements are helpful or not. (Some say herbs are better.)
- I don’t KNOW if herbs are helpful or not. (Though I feel they are.)
- I don’t BELIEVE viruses or contagions exist as to my mind they’ve never been proven.
- I don’t BELIEVE illness is created by anything other than toxicity and poisoning.
- I KNOW that taking an experimental toxic injection is no good for your body.
- I KNOW you can help the body remove, or at least mitigate damage from toxins.
- I KNOW that our spiritual wellbeing and energetic forces affect our physical bodies.
- I KNOW that now more than ever is the time to educate ourselves on health… So let’s go.

PREMISE FOR THIS BOOK
There are endless conflicting sources of information from a multitude of highly respected professionals in the fields of health and science.
I cannot at this point in time find one clear path of truth, and the wiggly path that does appear at any time seems to be constantly in a state of change.
This work is the result of the information I have gathered from websites, articles, research papers, interviews, reports from people in my personal field, and my own experience and inner wisdom.
I cannot say all of it is true, I can only say I utilize sources that I believe are trust-worthy, and the information appears to be true.
HOW TO USE THIS MATERIAL
Please use all information offered, here or elsewhere, with discretion!
Be your own ‘control group’ as the nature of external information is constantly changing.
As I am not a doctor, there is not one particular protocol I can recommend over any others. Please take this information to your health professional so you can create a wellness plan together.
And most importantly, trust in your own guidance system to determine what is right for you and your loved ones.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR TERRAIN THEORISTS
Yes I know, viruses have never been proven to exist, and I understand the symptoms of a ‘virus’ are actually signs of detoxification.
However, most doctors and scientific studies orbit the notion of virology. I have therefor included the term ‘anti-viral’ in supplement and food listings where it seems there is benefit to the recipient. Even if the mechanisms of health restoration are not actually ‘anti-viral’ per se, they may actually be aiding detoxification, so may still be helpful.
WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN THESE PAGES
The focus of this book is to know how to help our bodies and minds navigate external stressors with relative ease. There is significant alarm globally about ‘viral’ shedding, injuries and transmission of genetic material from medical procedures. Additionally our systems are flushing out (or trying to safely contain) toxins from the environment, food, water, household and industry.
DETOXIFICATION PROTOCOLS
This is my personal guideline for a basic heavy metal cleanse which has evolved over years of working with my own health. Included are various Protocols from health professionals, to help clear toxins from medical interventions and the environment.
RADIATION
Being sensitive to EMFs, I am well aware of the detrimental health effects of Radiation on physical and mental health. This is closely linked to heavy metal toxicity so you will find many symptoms and treatments are similar to those from toxins. Find out about the effects of radiation, how to reduce it, and mitigate damage from it.
SUPPORTING YOUR DETOXIFICATION PATHWAYS
Clearing only one or two organs while ignoring the rest may be ineffective or even stressful to the body. This is an overview of all the ways our body recognizes, neutralizes and removes toxins, as well as the various ways we can assist this process – or at least get out of the way!
FLUSH FIRST!
Explore ways to help optimize your various processes of detoxification such as through the skin, exhalation and exercise. This will assist your body’s natural ability to clean out heavy metals and other toxins.
SUPPLEMENTS and BINDERS
Here you will find details of most of the supplements mentioned in the Detox Protocols. This includes benefits, sources, alerts, usage and scientific studies on their effects, so you can read about them if you desire.
FOOD IS MEDICINE
It can be challenging to get decent nutrition from food, but not impossible! Foods from the Detoxification Protocols and some of those containing nutrients listed in the Supplements section are included here.
RECIPES
Recipes for healthy things to put on your face and in your face, made from ingredients that are probably already in your kitchen! If I receive enough requests for more ideas like this a recipe book may follow, so stay tuned!
INNER WORK
Connecting with the energetic, mental and emotional parts of yourself to bring them to balance will help the body restore itself back to vibrancy and wellbeing on an energetic level, at the same time you are working on the physical through nutrition and practises.
