RECIPE: RESPIRATION AND CIRCULATION SPICE MIX

To get all the bits moving in your body that should be moving, try making this delicious herb and spice mix to add to your meals. Fabulous on vegetarian as well as high protein dishes, this Respiration and Circulation Spice Mix will get your internals moving and your taste buds grooving.

PROPERTIES: Anti-inflammatory, Anti-microbial, Anti-oxidant, Anti-tumor, Anti-viral
INGREDIENTS (by weight): Cayenne 1/10 part, Fennel 2 parts, Garlic 3 parts, Ginger 2 parts, Nigella 3 parts, Onion 3 parts, Oregano 2 parts, Rosemary 2 parts, Thyme 1 part, Turmeric 2 parts
TO USE: Infuse 1 tsp. herbs in 2 tbsp. olive oil overnight and add lemon or vinegar to make a salad dressing. Add about ½ tsp per serve to soup, meat dishes, quiche, casseroles and pizza to get your vitals moving.
NOTE: For full power you can add raw garlic, ginger and onion if you have them, at a 1:1 ratio with the dry mixture.
